Cold Forming
Cold forming shapes metal through dies at room temperature. It is used in a range of industrial applications, including transportation, automotive, agriculture, and other sectors.
Lien-Ya can manufacture cold-formed parts up to Ø50 mm.
Precision CNC Machining
CNC machining uses computer-controlled machine tools to produce parts to a programmed design. At Lien-Ya, our in-house machining work focuses on metal components.
We operate more than 60 lathes for turning.
Milling
Milling removes material with rotating cutting tools to produce a part's required shape and features. The process can be used for a range of custom components by controlling the cutter's movement, speed, and position.
Grinding
Grinding uses an abrasive wheel to remove material and finish surfaces. Lien-Ya operates external and centerless grinders to support different component requirements.
Drilling
Drilling creates round holes using a rotating drill bit. As the cutting edges advance into the workpiece, they remove material to form the hole.
Thread Rolling
Thread rolling forms external threads by pressing metal between dies, rather than removing material by cutting. The process is used to produce threaded fasteners with consistent dimensions and surface finish.
Lien-Ya has 20 thread rolling machines and three reciprocating tapping machines.
